Alma...me parece oír
No, no llores mi partida
Alma... me parece oír
No, no llores mi partida
tu mano amiga me viene a consolar.
En qué viento volverá
la oscura golondrina de tu amor.
DISTANCE
With you lost in the stars of other skies,
your suns are my darkness here.
Fog raised by the winter of your flight;
restlessness of my eternal night.
Distance of seas and oblivion,
caresses that do not know their way back,
deserts of pain that an old heart
can never abandon.
Soul, I think I hear your voice
in the cold morning of our good bye:
“No, don’t cry for my departure,
perhaps in the next life, I’ll love you again”.
I know that there is a trap in every dream,
that hope is just another punishment.
If you could only forgive
the sin of missing you and crying.
Your face is a fugitive shadow,
a miracle that fades further and further.
My heart tells me you’ll come back, but I know
that nobody has ever returned.
Perhaps in the sands of your world
ghosts, companions of the love,
will write my name and they will tell you
who carried you the furthest.
Soul, I think I hear your voice
in the cold morning of our good bye:
“No, don’t cry for my departure,
perhaps in the next life, I’ll love you again”.
I feel, however, that at night,
your friendly hand brings me console.
In what wind will it return,
the dark wanderer, your love.

ResponderBorrar¡OTRO CANDIDATO A UN MONUMENTO! ^o^
